This is a remote position.
The Remedy Corporation has an ongoing need for Compliance Callers on our Quality Assurance team.
As a Compliance Caller, you will make calls to various companies as a mystery shopper to assess the performance of the customer service department.
You provide feedback via a detailed form that we present to our clients to allow them to make any necessary improvements. Your opinion matters! This serves in place of customer satisfaction surveys.
It's that simple! We provide the company to call; you make the call!
You will set your own schedule, so you can work anytime that fits YOUR schedule. As we have an ongoing need for Compliance Callers, you can get started as soon as this week.
Responsibilities:

• Complete a short 30 minute training
• Successfully complete a test call
• Call all companies provided via assigned lists
• Evaluate the level of customer service provided by answering representatives' questions while remaining anonymous
• Document detailed information of overall experience
• Complete review submission form before the required deadline
• Ensure that form is free of errors and misinformation

Pay Rate$2 per call
