```Duties```

- Perform blood sampling and phlebotomy procedures on patients
- Follow proper aseptic techniques to ensure the safety and accuracy of blood samples
- Collect, label, and process specimens for laboratory testing
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results
- Adhere to all laboratory procedures and protocols
- Provide excellent patient service and ensure patient comfort during the phlebotomy process

- Proficient in medical terminology and clinical laboratory procedures
- Knowledge of anatomy and the circulatory system
- Ability to phlebotomize patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures for specimen processing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately label specimens
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Pay: $36,789.00 - $37,954.00 per year
