Wake Radiology is Hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist Near Raleigh, NC
JOB SUMMARY:
Performs patient exams in our diagnostic imaging centers using nuclear medicine procedures.
Prepares and administers radio pharmaceuticals and adjunctive medications.
Ability to establish intravenous lines.
Acquire quality images, process data and record patient/exam information for the physician to make diagnostic interpretations.
Ensures services are performed in a safe environment in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Serves as an integral part of the imaging team and contributes to Wake Radiology's core mission to provide unparalleled service to our community.
EXPERIENCE:
Associate or two-year degree in radiography and certificate in nuclear medicine.
Current NMTCB certification or ARRT registration and current nuclear medicine registration.
BLS certification and ability to complete OSHA training.
Proficiency with most major nuclear medicine equipment hardware and software.
