NMC USA National Medical Care Inc is Hiring a Remote Robotics Process Automation – Senior Platform and Solution Architect (remote)

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Responsible for the setup and extension of a UiPath based global automation platform incl. RPA and AI features and supporting elements of the platform. Ensure that all development and operations are sufficiently enabled and trained to utilize the platform following best practices and global standards. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, develop and maintain the overall Automation platform architecture (mainly based on UiPath) Screen, evaluate and operationalize new technological trends and platform features in the field of Intelligent Process Automation Collaborate with global development teams to identify needs for further development of the platform and IPA ecosystem License considerations and negotiations with software vendors as well as internal license management and allocations Access management for global IPA platform Define global development and automation design standards for process automations utilizing the RPA platform Act as an SME and coach for global and local automation delivery teams for technical challenges, best practices and operational questions Collaborate and lead conversations with internal and external suppliers PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: Limited travel approximately 10% EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS: Minimum 7 years professional experience Minimum 3-5 years experience in RPA / IPA programs Deep knowledge and certificates in UiPath architecture and platform (incl. Orchestrator, AI Center, Insights, Integration Services, etc.) Strong knowledge of RPA and UiPath development best practices Very good technical understanding, incl. IT-infrastructure, data security and project management tools (AWS, Dynatrace, CyberArk, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Jira, etc.) Basic SAP knowledge Concepts of process automation and digitization (e.g. RPA) Process optimization and redesign (e.g. six sigma) Project management (Agile preferred) Strong Interest in innovative automation technologies Excellence communication skills and conflict solving abilities Quality and target-oriented working mode Pro-active, change & solution oriented Continuous optimization approach High engagement on achieving targets and objectives of the position Highly motivated individual, that works well under pressure Good knowledge of moderation and presentation techniques Ability to work effectively in a globally dispersed team and business partners Fluent in English (written and spoken) German is a plus EO/AA Employer: Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disability/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity Fresenius Medical Care North America maintains a drug-free workplace in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
