OBJECTIVESupports all Passion entities by providing Human Resources and Team Development process coordination throughout the team member experience, including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, training and development related systems and processes. Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe HR/Team Development Coordinator will perform all duties and responsibilities with the highest level of confidentiality of all financial, payroll and private personal information. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Recruit and Hire: Serve as the primary connection to support candidates and teams throughout the process of recruiting and hiring new team members.
HRIS Administration: Coordinate and manage Human Resources and Team Development related human resources information system (HRIS) process flows toward timely and accurate process end.
Record Management: Maintain updated files containing candidate and team member job descriptions, offer letters, and results of assessments and other confidential records as appropriate. Maintain reports and data needed for measuring key performance indicators
Special Initiatives: Support Human Resources and Team Development initiatives, including recognition, care, training and development.
Payroll and Benefits: Support payroll and benefits related processes, including:
Track and maintain time off requests and approvals for team members.
Assist non-exempt team members and their supervisors with accurate and timely time-keeping submission for each respective payroll run.
Assist in preparation of W2s at calendar year-end.
Support team members in benefits related processes including comprehension of the options and timely completion of initial enrollment, orientation, open enrollment, as well as approved change requests.
Review Systems: Assist the Human Resources Team in executing and documenting annual reviews, open enrollment, and fiscal year related initiatives.
Offboarding Process: Manage off-boarding processes for departing team members.

Strong verbal and written skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Experience working with payroll providers. Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS. Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Suite and G Suite. Ability to establish strong professional relationships with peers, employees and vendors. EXPECTATIONS
