This position is a remote opportunity. Job Description: The Salesforce AdminCommercial Operations Specialist maximizes customer relationships and sales opportunities through CRM tools like Salesforce.com. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, implementing new technologies, assisting in marketing strategies, developing reports and dashboards, training staff, and managing commercial projects. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Commercial Operations, this role will be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations.
The Salesforce AdminCommercial Operations Sr. Specialist maximizes customer relationships and sales opportunities through CRM tools like Salesforce.com. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, implementing new technologies, assisting in marketing strategies, developing reports and dashboards, training staff, and managing commercial projects. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Commercial Operations, this role will be responsible for managing the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations, and will assist senior leadership in forecasting and reporting sales data.
Essential responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for Salesforce.com administration.
  • Implements and manages CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships.
  • Implements new technologies as needed to support the customer experience, marketing and sales teams.
  • Identifies customers and sales opportunities by analysing sales data and consumer trends.
  • Develops and maintains reports and dashboards to track and monitor commercial and sales metrics.
  • Assists the marketing team in determining effective customer outreach and lead generations methods.
  • Trains commercial staff on new technology and software.
  • Manages various commercial projects including product updates, SAP changes, and process improvements.
  • Stay abreast of trends and best practices, providing recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or 5 years direct experience in lieu of a BS/BA degree.
  • 2 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, commercial operations, or other CRM Administration role for a Specialist. 5 years is required for a Sr. Specialist.
  • Salesforce.com administration certification desired.
  • Experience with Power BI and data analysis preferred.
  • SAP Experience preferred.
Shift: Days
Compensation:
  • Specialist: The salary range for this position is $67,725 - $105,000depending on experience.
  • Sr . Specialist: The salary range for this position is $73,500 - $126,000 depending on experience.
