Job Description
- Perform entire A/P function from inputting to review coding of vendor invoices and preparing weekly EFTs and check disbursement.
- Reconcile vendor statements to A/P system
- Manage 1099 filings
- Assist in preparation of purchase orders (temporary)
- Manage state and local tax filings and corporate registrations.
- Manage insurance compliance for customers/subcontractors
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Prepare and review monthly journal entries
- Prepare Sarbanes Oxley documentation and perform testing as necessary
- Perform quarter-end internal testing procedures for A/P cutoff
- Support senior management in special projects
- Assist with external audits
