Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial accounting, general ledger reconciliation, corporate accounting, and possess strong financial acumen. The ideal accountant must know accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP) and non-profit accounting, hands on experience with QuickBooks and other financial software, cash flow analysis, fund accounting, financial statement analysis , organized, and quick learner is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of client's accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Perform cash flow analysis and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Utilize financial software systems for data management and reporting.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or relevant degree
- Proven experience working in accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

-Additional certification (CPA or MBA) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
