We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, from case inception to trial preparation.

**Duties: ** - Conduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis - Assist in case preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests - Interview clients and witnesses to gather case information - Manage legal documentation and correspondence - Organize and maintain case files - Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and court personnel - Transcribe dictations and prepare legal documents with high accuracy - Proofread legal documents for errors

**Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role - Proficiency in legal case management software - Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with project management principles in a legal setting - Knowledge of clerical tasks within a law office environment - Proficient in phone etiquette when communicating with clients and court officials This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional growth within our dynamic legal team.
