Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Surgical Services located in Fort Mohave, AZ.
The Director of Surgical Services will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the perioperative, operating room, medicine, surgery, and post anesthesia care departments. They will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, develop and implement policies and procedures, manage staff, and collaborate with other departments to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in perioperative, operating room, medicine, surgery, and post anesthesia care
- In-depth knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in a leadership role in a surgical services department is preferred
