Looking for somewhat of a jack-of-all-trades to assist with administrative tasks in my solo medical private practice. Needs to be super-proficient with tech side of office administration. Some ability with including social medial marketing necessary, proficient with electronic file organization, ability to troubleshoot and reorganize virtual phone system. Will need to be competent and continuously updating ability to implement AI solutions.

Flexibility is a must. Small dynamic practice is regularly striving to udpate processes and systems as maximal efficiency is sought. Successful applicant will have exceptional communication and social skills among the team and with patients and referring providers. Outstanding organization skills a must.

Some familiarity with medical context preferred.

Job will likely be largely remote, but in-person team meetings will be necessary at a minimum.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.06 - $17.84 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
