Herzum, an international IT consulting company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative for our Chicago office. This position is perfect for someone with five years of IT sales experience or more who can help manage the team and customer relationships. If you have a dynamic, engaging personality and enjoy discussing technology, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Position requires strong written skills and good communication. Experience with marketing is a plus. Computer knowledge typical for office work (such as email, internet, MS-Office etc.) is expected. Prior familiarity with CRM systems. We are looking for the right individual to contribute to a variety of tasks and join the team to help meet the ever-increasing needs of our clients.

Qualifications

• 5 years of IT sales experience
• 5 years of experience in consulting services and software sales.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, writing, presentation, telephone).
• Trade show and conference experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Professional demeanor and experience in an office setting.
• Reliability and trustworthiness.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies in the US territory.
• Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
• Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.

Beneficial Skills

• Previous experience with Agile, Atlassian, JIRA or Confluence.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish or Italian.
