Title of position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Position type: Part-time

Compensation structure: LCSW or LCPC will receive 60% of the total amount reimbursed by insurance companies for their sessions. After a successful probationary period of 6 months, there is potential for percentage reimbursed to increase based on performance.

Description of responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient assessments to ascertain mental health needs and develop tailored treatment strategies.• Devise and execute individualized treatment plans for patients, addressing their specific mental health disorders and behavioral concerns.• Administer counseling and therapy sessions to individuals dealing with various mental health issues, employing evidence-based practices like motivational interviewing and psychotherapy techniques.• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.• Continuously monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as indicated by clinical outcomes.• Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions and uphold accurate record-keeping practices in accordance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in assisting individuals with mental health disorders and behavioral health concerns.• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive patient assessments and crafting effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.• Thorough understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions for mental health counseling, ensuring optimal patient care.• Strong communication skills, enabling effective engagement with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams.• Ability to deliver compassionate care while upholding professional boundaries, fostering a supportive and respectful environment.• Familiarity with behavioral health regulations and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current LCSW or LCPC licensure in Illinois.• Must be in-network with Medicaid. • In-network with additional insurance companies is preferred. • Demonstrated experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Proficient in Simple Practice; preferred.
