About The Team:

The Business Operations Manager will be a key driver of business growth by leading strategic and tactical projects, managing the OKR planning process cross-functionally, and ensuring alignment across the organization. They will be responsible for identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks and potential growth areas through in depth research and analysis. The Business Operations Manager will have a huge impact on the business by building relationships across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify and surface operational bottlenecks and potential growth areas
  • Lead both strategic and tactical projects to drive operational improvements and business growth
  • Work cross functionally to manage our OKR planning process
  • Build and prepare board slides and assist with investor communications.
  • Collaborate with our Leadership team by preparing agendas, managing meeting minutes and assigning action items
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement
  • Act as a strategic operator: build relationships across the organization and foster a culture of collaboration, enablement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5 years of experience in business operations in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Strong Excel Skills and ability to work with SQL
  • Ability to structure complex problems and drive solutions cross-functionally in sales, marketing, finance, product, operations, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills that focus around empathy and enablement, and the ability to build trust with colleagues
  • A growth mindset, with excitement for embracing new ideas
  • Comfort working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in business operations, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, consulting, start-ups is a plus but not required

The New York and California base salary for this full time position is between $132,000 and $160,000. Your exact starting salary is determined by a number of factors such as your experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, we also offer a competitive equity program and comprehensive and inclusive benefits.
