Job Summary:
The Rustman Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers the opportunity to work from home and receive comprehensive training. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products and services in the Metamora, Illinois area.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a commissioned based role with a competitive compensation package. In addition, we offer benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. The Rustman Group also provides ongoing training and professional development opportunities for personal and career growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve individual and team sales targets
2. Prospect and cold call potential customers in the Metamora, Illinois area
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers and promote our products and services
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support
5. Follow up on leads and actively engage with potential customers to close sales
6. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
7. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales metrics to management
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
5. Ability to work independently and remotely
6. Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
7. Prior sales experience in a similar industry is a plus
