We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team.
PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION:
As a social media manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies and creating content in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Film and edit social media content
- Coordinate with outside videographers and photographers for marketing content needs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign alongside our Digital Media Specialist
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends
- Use social media tools such as Canva and Sprout Social
- Map out and execute content creation days
- Brainstorm and create content for various marketing needs i.e. open houses, promotions, new communities
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales
- Assist with other marketing team efforts as needed, including occasional weekend events
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media or a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Competency with photography and videography
- Comfortable using Adobe Lightroom & Adobe Premier Pro
- Ideally, experience with flying and filming using a drone (DJI Mavic Air 2 Drone)
- Ideally, familiar with using basic camera and audio equipment (Canon R5 Camera)
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Team player with good time-management skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a similar field
