Offering exceptional, innovative chiropractic and physical therapy services, our dedicated professionals strive to restore each individuals maximal function.Position SummaryThe University Relations Specialist will support the Director of University Relationsin implementing our early career talent strategy including campus recruitment events, clinical student coordination, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders in PT programs.Essential FunctionsLeads the operational aspects of the student clinical coordination cycle including communication with PT programs, logistics, reporting, tracking, analytics, etcExecutes onboarding new clinical students via a variety of communications with students, schools, and clinical instructorsAssist University Relations Director with appropriately matching clinical students based on location, level and specialtySupport UR Director with Campus Recruitment, including scheduling and coordination of on campus eventsEstablish a student ambassador program at target schools by working with class leadersCreate and manage the calendar of events throughout the yearEnsure teammates attending campus events have the necessary materials for the eventsAdvise on best approaches for focused activity on campus and ensures appropriate representation and engagement from participating schoolsManage intern/observation program to introduce undergraduate students to our clinics and companyParticipate in APTAconference planning committee. Assist Director with procurement of and shipping process for needed supplies.
