Valley View Healthcare is seeking an LPN Nursing Unit Manager with heart, empathy, and a little extra love to provide to our patients. As Nursing Unit Manager, you will be accountable for all operational aspects of the unit(s) on a 24-hour basis.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Indiana
• 2 - 5 years Supervisory/Management experience
• Previous Long Term Care Experience

LPN Manager Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance nursing staff skills and competencies.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of nursing practices, documentation, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans for residents.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including performance evaluation and coaching.
• Direct day-to-day nursing operations, including patient assessments, care planning, and staff assignments.
