CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a skilled IT/ Epic Analyst with Ambulatory experience, Clinical background and strong familiarity with Surescripts for a long-term contract position in Fort Worth, T. (This role is open to people willing to relocate).

Candidates will be evaluated based on their approach to handling team members not fulfilling responsibilities and their transparency in work processes. Must be able to provide genuine examples or communicate effectively for the role's requirements.

Position Summary

This role will be responsible for the planning, development, testing, installation, maintenance, and optimization of applications and related information technologies. The successful candidate will also play a key role in establishing, developing, and promoting standard architectures, as well as hardware and software components.

Responsibilities:

• Develop clinical and business solutions by investigating processes to understand data and communications flow within our Integrated Delivery System.
• Advocate for user needs and coordinate support requests within the Information Services (IS) department.
• Act as a liaison among IS and clinical end users, patient care departments, vendors, and other technical experts.
• Support efforts to ensure safe patient care services by developing and delivering clinically and technically sound solutions for customer technology needs.
• Recommend process changes based on risk and failure points in evaluated processes, with necessary modifications to workflows and/or current procedures.
• Collaboration with Cardiology, Pulmonology, and Digital Health departments

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical Information Systems, Informatics, Information Technology, or Sciences required
• At least 5 years of healthcare industry experience, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting required.
• At least 5 years of experience with clinical software and/or hardware technology or databases, including designing, configuring, training, or implementing clinical systems applications required.
• Epic Ambulatory certification strongly preferred. Epic certification required within 6 months from employment, including 2 test retakes.
