As a Lawn Care Supervisor at T2 Design, you will be responsible for managing and leading our 3rd mowing crew. Your main objective will be to ensure that all lawn care services are performed efficiently, accurately, and within the designated time frames.

• Learn & Follow All Company Polices & Procedures.
• Responsible for Clock In/ Out of both Time Clock App & CRM
• Responsible for the job completion in CRM
• Responsible for Before & After Uploads to CRM
• Operate Outdoor Power Equipment.
• Trim & Edge Walks, Beds & Walls/ Foundation
• Mow Properties as Needed
• Line Trim
• Blow Off All Hard Surfaces
• All Clumps MUST be blown out!
• Grass in Beds is Unacceptable & MUST be removed without bed damage.
• Properties are to be clean to T2 Design’s Satisfactory & Quality Standards. Failure to do so will result in Disciplinary Points.
• Train New Employees & Reinforce that Training (Cross Train on Trimmer & Mowers)
• Responsible for Work Orders being Completed.
• Responsible for ALL properties serviced.
• Responsible for filling all equipment up with fuel at end of shift.
• Keep crew on task and running efficiently & productively.
• Operate automatic and stick shift vehicles, such as dump trucks and trucks and trailer combinations. Responsible for driving crew to jobsites.
• Operate hand, electric and gas-powered lawn & landscape equipment of various machines.
• Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, planters or other grounds features.
• Gather and Remove Litter (Job & Trucks)
• Ability to follow a daily production list.
• Responsible for enforcing the AM and PM daily routine.
• Responsible for the knowledge of various lawn conditions such as diseases, weeds, pests, fungus, etc. (Applicators)
• Responsible for the knowledge of chemicals to include practical applications and safety precautions, as well as the immediate use of such chemicals. (Applicators)
• Must have excellent customer relation skills.
• Responsible for quality of own work and that of subordinate employees.
• Responsible for customer retention through quality of work.
• Safely operates company vehicle.
• Able to work early mornings and late evenings.
• Attend and participate in crew and department general and safety meetings.
• Safe driving of company owned vehicles trucks (with or without trailers)
• Snow removal in the winter months
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Learn to Operate Various Equipment/ Machinery.

Experience:
- Proven experience in Lawn Care, Groundskeeping, or Landscape.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and best practices in Lawn/ Landscape
- Experience in overseeing projects from start to finish.
- Ability to maintain outdoor spaces in pristine condition.
