Southeast Healthcare, a Joint Commission accredited, not-for-profit federally qualified health center and community behavioral healthcare center is seeking an IT Director to join our team. The Information Technology Director will provide the overall strategy, leadership, planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems including infrastructure, software, hardware, networking, telecommunications, cybersecurity, risk and compliance and supervision of IT team members as well as working with the executive team. Key position components include excellent customer service, ability to foster collaboration and bridge gap between technical and clinical elements and continual service improvement. Southeast operates in eight counties across Ohio, has more than 500 employees and is headquartered in Columbus Ohio. Position Requirements
BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. Master's degree preferred. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems Microsoft AD VMware - vSphere HP Switches Meraki APs Microsoft 0365 Microsoft Licensing MFA - Cisco Duo Desire experience managing enterprise phone systems Microsoft, VMware certifications preferred Citrix knowledge a plus 3 years of hands-on management of IT operations and infrastructure responsibility with broad exposure to system integrations, migrations, upgrades, and maintenance. 3 years of supervisory experience 3 years of project and vender management experience Experience in healthcare including EHR and regulatory requirements preferred Location Southeast, Inc.
