About This Opportunity

LBH’s grants division, Grants for Growth, is seeking a qualified grant consultant to join our growing team. As a grant consultant, you will work with clients to develop a strong grant management process, conduct prospect research, write grant proposals, and manage relationships with funders. Consultants also regularly help organizations develop and update logic models, project budgets, and project plans. • As an independent consultant, you have flexibility to balance work with life. Consultants are expected to attend biweekly company huddles and grant team meetings. Other than required meetings, your hours of work are largely up to you. Consultants may choose to work in the office or at home. If you have never worked as a 1099 consultant, we are happy to answer your questions.
  • LBH grant consultants work on a contract basis. Clients pay a set annual project fee, and consultants are paid monthly for each client they choose to take on. As a consultant, you have control over your workload and can choose how many client contracts to take on and how much revenue you earn. The salary range is based on historical data. Each consultant's pay is based on their individual workload. Healthcare and other benefits are not provided.
