Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Business Transformation Specialist in the Strategy Execution and Transformation Team, you will be part of the core team driving our NAM transformation. The Business Transformation Specialist will be accountable for Project success by partnering with Project Leaders and stakeholders across varying Business units and Groups. The successful candidate must have a proven record of leading and implementing transformation projects including change management plan, communications strategy, and stakeholder management.

What will you do?

• Lead and participate in transformation projects, from initiation to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and project KPI’s are met. Collaborate with project teams to track progress and mitigate risk.
• Define and execute communications strategies to ensure consistent and timely communication with all project stakeholders.
• Drive sponsorship with executive leadership and orchestrate stakeholder relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and incorporated into project plans.
• Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to drive collaboration, accountability, and transparency in program delivery.
• Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets, providing actionable recommendations. Create data-driven dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing best practices.
• Partner with Change Management Leaders for Organizational program change management planning
• Facilitate workshops and deliver expected outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management)
• Experience managing projects, executing transformational programs
• 5 years in career experience
• Leading by influence of cross functional teams
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies and frameworks, and change management principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational and problem‐solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment, with agility, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Available for travel up to 10%

• Proven record of influencing outcomes through compelling visual and verbal communication, including impactful storytelling and dynamic PowerPoint presentations.
