Career Description:
As a Medicare Agent at Murdock Insurance Group, you will play a crucial role in assisting seniors with understanding their Medicare options and guiding them through the enrollment process. You will provide personalized consultations, educate clients on Medicare plans, and offer solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with Medicare beneficiaries to assess their healthcare needs.
- Educate clients on the various Medicare options, including Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Supplement plans.
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable Medicare plan based on their healthcare requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Navigate enrollment processes, including assisting with paperwork and online applications.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding their coverage.
- Stay informed about changes and updates to Medicare regulations and plans.

Required Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare-related fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications.
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact on the lives of seniors.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain relevant licenses and certifications.

Expected Compensation:
- $30,000 base salary plus commission. First year potential $50,000-$80,000.
