Description
Summary: Under the supervision of management, supports the interests of the various departments of the company by providing setups, training, support, and analysis to agencies to help them effectively utilize Safety's technology and products by providing overall support and feedback on all Safety Insurance lines of business.
Duties:
- Builds and maintains outstanding relationships with assigned agencies as well as internal units.
- Coordinate agency setups for all Safety application/functions for assigned agents.
- Support our agents and various departments by researching, reporting, and advising of all issues impacting our agents' technology and our products.
- Establish effective working relationships with agency principals, producers, and their staffs.
- Support our agency base by aiding in agency setups of our products, remote training support, investigating underwriting and automation issues through email, phone, Beyond Trust and AVC Splice.
- Begin Entry and coordination of book rolls. Quoting for potential future business. Facilitate and coordinate book roll entry with agents, Marketing, and internal Safety Insurance staff.
- Obtain feedback on company performance and facilitating problem resolution!
- Conduct various reporting functions for Underwriting/Compliance as needed.
- Reinforce current Underwriting programs and roll out new productivity/performance compliance tools.
- Provide feedback and track enhancement requirements/suggestions on automation!
- Research, report and work with IT to solve automation issues to their resolution.
- Testing and reporting all automation enhancements and product launches.
- Collaborate with outside vendors on product automation and delivery.
- Performing other duties as required
Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent insurance work experience
- Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills.
- Strong technical skills, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
