Job Description

• Need to have strong exp with Agile processes-writing user stories, prioritization, handling scope.
• Started in Jan. existing team is not as familiar with agile process and user stories that are clear and concise, acceptance criteria.
• Looking for partner with PO to work with BA's to help teach and coach on writing stories and partner with SM on strategy/plan
• Already 3 BA's-sit with them and help them understand and break out user stories and track assignments.
• Needs to have patience, mentor, teach and coach agile practices.
• YOE Intermediate level minimum 3-10 years-really based on experience and what they have done in those years (Flexible...)
• Lending Services-new platform stand up monitoring collateral tied to loans.
• Some PM/Agile Coaching exp would be nice to have-not required.
• Open to industry exp.
• Using Jira, Confluence
