Job Description

? Manage, organize, and maintain Medical Records through Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets, Google Suite, external systems, and other MBI databases.

? Complete ongoing internal audits of records for accuracy purposes.

? Organize and structure new and archived files.

? Submit new requests for documents upon request.

? Update and maintain medical charts while maintaining the highest ethical standards, including confidentiality, and ensuring all patient information is secure and protected. Assist and prepare documents for psychiatrists and various therapists as needed. Complete clerical duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing patient admission and discharge records.

? Attend all company-required training.

? Verify eligibility of insurance.

Qualifications

Associates degree preferred

2 years experience managing medical records

Ability to work in a diverse environment
