Job Description
We are seeking a Motorman to be responsible for inspecting pumps & turbines and records condition. You will also This job role will manage the operations with the rig main engines and on auxiliary systems onboard the vessel
Motorman Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance of the vessels auxiliary, propulsion, and other mechanical systems on board the vessel
- Ensure all maintenance is done in compliance with all regulations given to you by the vessel
- Storing and loading bunkers
- Lubricating oils and transferring oil and bunkers to other vessels
- Responsible for the tool inventory, consumable spares, and the mechanical stores
- Keep engines running smoothly
- Help with major repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Lubricate and maintain machinery, clean, and restore tools and machine
- Perform routine maintenance of the vessels auxiliary, propulsion, and other mechanical systems on board the vessel
- USCG Merchant Mariners Credential (MMC)
- Transport Workers ID Credential (TWIC)
- USCG Merchant Mariner Medical
- STCW-95 Basic Training
- VPDSD
- Water Survival/T-HUET w/CAEBS
- Safegulf
- Rigger Safety (4hr)
- The candidate MUST be compliant in ISN and a PAX form will be required for the approved candidate
