#1 Real Estate Team needs a talented and knowledgeable Listing Manager to support our team.. Must have a "Clients First" attitude!
The work varies day to day, but generally includes managing all the details of listing and selling properties with heavy client interaction alongside monitoring and leading our coordinator team and working closely with our Director of Sales, Stacy Holscher to increase our agents' conversion and sales abilities. Updating databases, fielding questions from clients and staff, running listing related errands, managing mailings and marketing, managing open house details and working on evenings and weekends as needed. This is a heavy paperwork processing position that requires an eye for detail. Our ideal candidate also has previous experience listing homes and will serve as a leader in supporting our team to generate and secure more listings. KS Team (Keri Shull Team) has sold over 5200 homes in the DMV since 2008 and has a strong track record of listing success.
Flexible - truly flexible, as in we ask you to do something critical and an hour later something else pops up that's more critical. Able to switch gears and get it all done well. This position requires you to be in the office 5 days a week, and available to handle offers and other time sensitive tasks as needed.

Efficient - if there's a better way to do something you'll be able to find it, share it and execute. Part of the 2024 goal is rebuilding our processes for contract to close so we can integrate new tech.

More details:
This is a base salary plus bonus role and the candidate can do some individual SOI business also. Total income $100,000
Licensed in any or all - VA, DC, MD a plus (if not licensed, some activities will be restricted until you are licensed)
