Job Description:

Coordinate production activities and flow of material through production to ensure both customer and company objectives are satisfied. Reports directly to Production Manager.

Essential Functions:

• Scan sketches from one spool status to the next throughout the facility.

• Assist Production Manager and Fitter Foreman with tracking and moving spools throughout the shop in a timely manner.

• Process stop work orders that have been requested by the client by flagging material and returning the sketch to Material Control.

• Verify that all priority spools are marked and flagged to fabrication first.

Qualifications/Experience:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent: Preferred; 3 plus years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education

Experience: Project Management experience: Preferred; 1 plus years’ experience in Fabrication; 

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD

Certifications & Licenses: None specifically required
