Job Description

Seeking a Collections Attorney / Counsel for a company specializing in providing businesses with accurate and compliant solutions to maximize tax credits and government incentives. Our services help business owners unlock the full potential of economic relief programs and specialized tax incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include assisting the company in monetizing $27 million owed by clients. This position will involve developing collection strategies to legally secure payments from customers. Key role in obtaining outstanding payments from clients.
• The position requires working in a newly established office space situated in downtown Phoenix. Remote work is not an option; all tasks are to be completed in the office.
• Our company is a small entity currently operating in the fields of Tax, Law, and IT. We have ambitious plans for growth and expansion in these sectors. • Requires five years’ experience as a Collections Counsel / Attorney.​​​​​​​
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the state bar association.
