JUNIOR COMMERCIAL TECHNOLOGY AND SOURCING ASSOCIATE
Our client is a major international firm, seeking a Junior Complex Commercial Contracts associate to join the firm's Raleigh office. The salary for this position is between $190,000 to $215,000.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-5 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including manufacturing and supply, distribution, consulting, development, collaboration, and reseller agreements, as well as NDA's.
- Strong academic credentials.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- State bar admission required.
- Self-starters who work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
