Position Overview

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our practices and support team. You will collaborate with our Regional and Office Managers to understand their staffing requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and execute recruitment plans to ensure the acquisition of high-quality candidates. The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for the role and organizational culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Guide hiring managers on best practices for conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback to candidates.
  • Negotiate job offers with selected candidates, including salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO and affirmative action guidelines.
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment events or meetings.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
