Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Growth to lead our growth initiatives and drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage startup at the ground floor and play a crucial role in shaping our growth strategy and execution. If you are passionate about growth marketing, thrive in startup environments, and have a proven track record of taking companies from zero to one, we want to hear from you. Please note that this is an equity-only role until we raise a significant round of funding.

Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and goals.
  • User Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new users through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, partnerships, and more.
  • User Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and retention, ensuring a seamless user experience and high customer satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Marketing: Utilize data analytics to inform marketing decisions, track performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure growth initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Brand Development: Enhance brand awareness and positioning in the market through innovative marketing and PR strategies.
  • Experimentation and Innovation: Continuously test and experiment with new growth tactics and strategies, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve the best return on investment.
  • Team Leadership: As the company grows, build and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a growth marketing role, with a strong track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Experience taking a company from zero to one, ideally within a startup environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of growth marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
