Job Description
Our client in the Denver Tech Center is hiring an HR Admin / Clerk
100% in office - must be located in Denver, CO
Full time, Mon-Fri / / 7 : 30am to 5pm
Pay rate $23-$27 / hour
STARTING ASAP! INTERVIEWING NOW
Job Duties :
- Completes onboarding for new hires
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Assist with negotiations, salaries, and compensation
- Completes check ins and exit interviews
- Manage employee files
- Process benefits and payroll reports
- Schedule training and development for employees
- Additional tasks as needed
Requirements :
- 2 years' experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of HRIS & ATS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working on HR Job boards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
