Job Responsibilities:
· Collecting rent and ancillary fees from residents
· Collections of delinquent accounts
· Posting income and deposits
· Inspection of apartment homes after move-out
· Sales and customer service with current and prospective residents; leasing apartments
· Office management and support
Required Qualifications:
- Must be familiar with apartment / multi-family leasing and Fair Housing.
- Apartment software experience is a bonus.
- · Valid I.D. Required
- Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing required.
- Bilingual candidates are always in high demand.
