Requirements:
- 1 Year Experience
- Must be able to start IVs
- BLS
- ARRT & LSRT
- Trauma Level II Experience preferred
Other Details:
- Equipment: Siemens Experience Preferred
- Will accept a temp LSRT, takes 3-5 days to issue once fee is paid and proof of ARRT are received
- Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - No Exemptions
