Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the restaurant or food industry, possess excellent communication skills, and be knowledgeable about different drink recipes and mixology techniques.

Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register or POS system
- Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide information about menu items
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Upsell additional menu items or promotions to increase sales

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or food service establishment is preferred
- Knowledge of different drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple drink orders simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $15.47 - $21.04 per hour
