Job Description: Reporting to the Director of GSOC & Intel Operations, the GSOC Intel & Operations Manager will manage a team tasked with monitoring, collecting, vetting, and disseminating information and intelligence with a nexus related to client assets. The GSOC Intel & Ops Manager is responsible for the production of intelligence products, incident recognition, incident response, as well as the regular monitoring of online open sources for potential security and operational threats. This support will drive partners on teams throughout the organization to understand requirements and deliver key insight to stakeholders. The GSOC Intel & Ops Manager will be the bridge between the Intel Analysists and the Director of GSOC & Intel Ops.
- Interacting with colleagues, supervisor, clients, client employees, visitors, and other persons at the work site
- All officers who are licensed with firearms permits are hired and offered employment as unarmed security officers, and then qualify for work as an armed agent.
- Serve as communications hub for the Global Safety and Security Departments.
- Complete risk and intelligence driven reports to Global Security and other stakeholders.
- Receive calls for service, help/assistance from employees worldwide & respond appropriately.
- Provide Support and participate in crisis mitigation and after-action reporting.
- Assist in sending company mass notifications and emergency communications.
- Monitor and communicate risks associated with operational assets.
- Provide Security recommendations based on threats to company assets.
- Monitor health of all Global Security platforms and applications.
- Collaborate with Global Security and other business partners to meet operational goals.
- Prepare and disseminate intelligence and information summaries.
- Manage a team of 12 Intelligence Analysts on 24/7 shift rotations.
- In the absence of the GSOC Director, engage with relevant stakeholders outside of the GSOC speaking and acting on behalf of the Director.
- Serve as an effective team leader.
- Monitor global events and assess/communicate impact to the client.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR POSITION:

Bachelor’s Degree in Regional Studies, Strategic Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Homeland Security, or equivalent military/law enforcement/professional intelligence training.

Fluent in English reading and writing required.

Russian, Arabic and/or Farsi fluency preferred.

Minimum 5 years’ academic or professional experience in research, analysis, and development of intelligence products/reports.

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills and experience in collecting and analyzing data to produce notifications, assessments, and reports.

Excellent time-management, communication, technical writing, presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Must be flexible and possess the ability to function and reach deadlines in stressful situations.

A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.

Strong familiarity with all major social media platforms.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and analytical software.

Experience with investigative and risk management tools desired.

This position must report to worksite near Beverly Hills 4-6 days per week as scheduled by Management with an average of 5 days per week while being on call for emergencies.
