Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests following established recipes and guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring accuracy in beverage preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions or events to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service and comply with legal requirements
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating bills, and handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
