Real Ventures is Hiring a Remote Engineering Professional (Remote) (PT)

Our Austin, Texas client, an Information Management Firm specializing in Preventative Maintenance Program Management is seeking an experienced Engineering Professional with excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong background in the Pulp and Paper Industry, involving Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Valves, and other Mill Mechanical Equipment.
This is a full-time or part-time position working remotely from anywhere in the US. 30-50% travel to client sites is required to work with site contacts and clients along with developing new business.
All travel-related expenses will be paid with a daily per diem.
Job requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience in preventative maintenance and/or equipment inspection (mechanical) in the Pulp and Paper Industry
  • Degree in Mechanical or Reliability Engineering experienced in the Paper and Pulp industry.
  • Training and certification in API653; API510 and NDE
  • 5 Years of tank/pressure vessel/valve reliability experience
  • Computer proficiency with Excel; database platforms (Microsoft Access, MySQL, FileMaker Pro, etc.)
  • Able to work independently; self-managed
  • Personnel management experience
  • Business Development experience and skilled in client management
Benefits:
$35-$40/HR DOE
