Who you are

We’re seeking a Chatbot Developer who is passionate about making an impact in the real world. You will have a key role in developing the bot strategy for dokbot and work closely with our product team to develop solutions that will take healthcare into the future.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement conversational interfaces for diverse applications.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance chatbot user experience.

• Integrate chatbots with various platforms and backend systems.

• Continuously improve chatbot understanding and responses based on user feedback.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in conversational AI and machine learning, optimizing chatbot performance and addressing any issues promptly.

Your skills and experience

• Proven track record of designing and implementing chatbots for various platforms.

• Familiarity with chatbot development tools like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, ChatGPT, Gen-AI, or Rasa.

• Strong coding skills in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, JSON

• Experience integrating chatbots with CRM systems, databases, and other enterprise tools.

• Ability to design conversation flows, optimize user interactions, understand natural language processing, and the basics of machine learning.

• Commitment to staying updated with the latest in chatbot technology and trends.
