ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Reliant Cleaning Float, you’ll be working alongside a team of custodians to ensure a quality focused environment. While delivering continuous improvement, your goal will be to exceed customer expectations and influence your staff to be safety conscious and productive!

• Proven experience as a driven leader (Custodial Preferred)

• Effective delegating and collaboration of duties through means of communication
• Setting a motivational tone for your crew

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facility inspections to ensure continual customer satisfaction.
• Meeting training expectations for on-boarding team members.
• Improvement ideas for staffing, productivity, and operations.
• Performing daily documentation regarding cleaning standards, concerns, and employee conduct.
• Anticipating initiative and prompt problem solving.
• Commuting from various worksites on a daily basis.

• Custodial supervisor: 1 year (Required)

• Day Shift (Preferred)

• 100% (NECESSARY)
