Job Summary:
RiverTech is looking for a Credential Production/Data Entry Clerk to work in Martinsburg, WV. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
  • Will act as a Receiving clerk.
  • Processes all incoming mail and packages.
  • Prepares and processes all outgoing mail and packages.
  • Processes Merchant Mariner credentialing applications.
  • Produces Merchant Mariner credentials and medical certificates.
  • Creates and manages official Merchant Mariner records (electronic and paper based).
  • Records storage/upkeep.
  • Prepares Mariner records for archiving, correspondence and documentation.
  • Completes data entry - related to the credentialing process.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A current Public Trust is preferred but not required to apply.
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Access a plus!
  • Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must have a minimum of one year business/office experience.
  • Must adhere to the site's covid guidelines when applicable.
  • Must be familiar with performing QC verification.
