Brunswick Hospital is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing/Educator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee educational operations, develop nursing policies and procedures, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate nursing education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide superior leadership and supervision for nursing staff across multiple departments and units

· Employee Oversight and Education

· Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and best practices

· Ensure nursing department compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

· Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement in nursing care and patient outcomes

· Create nursing staff development programs and coordinate training/education for nurses

· Foster a positive work environment that enhances nursing satisfaction and retention

· Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to improve patient care

· Stay up to date on nursing trends, practices, technologies, and regulations

Required Qualifications:

· Current RN license

· 5 years of Psych Nursing Management in Psychology

· Strong clinical knowledge and experience in a hospital setting

· Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

· Passion for nursing excellence and patient-centered care

Preferred Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in Nursing/other related field

· TRUST /PMCS Certified

· Additional years of Nursing experience in Psychiatry and Nursing leadership role

Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
