What you’ll do:

The Part Time Inside Coordinator is responsible for organizing all pick-up orders from various sources. They will set up weekly Lease/Bank and Damaged and Disabled Sale on a weekly basis. This individual exhibits superior customer service at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely, efficient pick-up of all available lease/bank vehicles.
  • Transportation of all qualified lease/bank vehicles to the auction.
  • Post charges applicable to lease/bank vehicles.
  • Review condition reports are properly processed and sent.
  • Selling of auction services to dealers.
  • Maintain inventory folders to keep the department well organized.
  • Run master run list each week and available by noon every Tuesday.
  • Obtain all pertinent floor prices from the various companies be represented.
  • Assist customers with questions and/or concerns.
  • Procure, organize, and file block tickets to match actual sales results.
  • Validate all printed checks correspond with bills of sales.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales and customer service experience preferred. Previous supervisory experience required.
  • Should be highly organized, self-motivated, and self-disciplined. Highly goal and customer service orientated. Computer proficient.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Organized self-starter, highly motivated to achieve.
