Job Description
Line Cooks Expectations:
1 year experience in the industry as a line cook preferred.
Must be able to multitask well and have independent thinking skills.
Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally and with care in a timely manner.
Adjusts to high volume situations and is open to change.
Assumes responsibility for all kitchen duties- Must be able to work independently and as a team.
Must abide by all Food, Safety & Sanitation Regulations.
Must be able to do food prep and have a working knowledge of a grill and fryer.
