CORPORATE ATTORNEY
Qualifications:
- Punctual, reliable and organized
- Follow our procedures and checklists
- Able to meet deadlines
- Produce quality work
- BAR Licensed
- Responsible and no excessive absences or lateness
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Bilingual, be able to communicate, write and Supervise in Spanish and English, optional, recommended
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Company formations, organization & renewals
- Wills & Trusts
- Contracts drafting
- Immigration and visas
- Review and supervise corporate structure charts prepared by paralegals
- Research and studies as requested
- Participate on any business development activities
- Assist paralegals and staff as needed
- Other projects as required
- Report on law projects assigned, due dates and renewals
- Regular hours from 8-6 Monday – Thursday ; Fridays 8-4
- OT (over the weekly regular hours) as needed or requested
- Required Training between 3-4 hours a week, weekly training reports – international estate planning, international legal transactions, general business taxation, Immigration (Firm will provide training calendar)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
