Ready 123 Solutions provide Field Support to major brands ie., Walmart, Chase and more!
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of assigned Works Orders to provide Onsite Field Support to major brands.
- Install, configure, maintain network equipment to include Software upgrades, POS, Servers, Switches, Routers, SD-WANS, Card Readers, Printers, Cat 5/6, CCTV
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems and hardware failures
- Collaborate with other Support team members to ensure smooth operation of the Break/Fix
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of computer networking principles and protocols, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and DNS
- Run CAT6 cabling and install new Access Points, Point-to-Point(P2P) Devices and Switch Equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical information effectively
****Must provide your own basic tools when performing Break/Fix, ie. Butt Set, Punchdown tool, RJ45 Cable Tester, Cordless drill, Toner, standard screwdriver set****
****We reimburse for Tools and Cat 5/6 purchases ****
