US Coachways INC. is Hiring an Outbound Sales Representative Near Holmdel, NJ

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have excellent communication skills. Base salary is $50,000 annually with a 3% commission and oppurutinity for bonuses.

Requirements:

  • Prospecting: You need to be good at finding and researching potential clients who are a good fit for your product or service.
  • Communication: Excellent communication is essential for cold calling. This includes a clear, confident speaking voice, active listening skills, and the ability to tailor your message to the prospect.
  • Building Rapport: Even in a short call, you want to connect with the person on a human level. Be friendly, and relatable, and show genuine interest in their needs.
  • Asking Questions: Don't just pitch your product. Ask insightful questions to understand the prospect's challenges and how your offering can address them.
  • Handling Objections: Be prepared for objections and have strategies to address them effectively. This could involve reframing objections, offering solutions, and demonstrating the value proposition of your product.
  • Persistence: Cold calling can be challenging and rejection is a normal part of the process. Persistence is key to success.
  • Bacherloer's degree in related field.

- Business development experience is preferred
